2. Services Provided

Dhadda Tent Hire Service provides high-quality event tents and related equipment for hire, including but not limited to furniture, lighting, flooring, and decorations. The specifics of the hire agreement, including event dates, location, and additional services, will be outlined in a separate agreement.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made in writing through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Full payment for the rental must be made before the event date, unless agreed upon otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
• If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery and setup of the tents and equipment will be arranged according to the agreed-upon schedule. Additional charges may apply for early setup or late teardown.
• The customer must ensure the event location is accessible and suitable for setup. Any delays caused by location issues may result in additional fees.

6. Responsibilities and Liability

• Dhadda Tent Hire Service is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse or negligence of rented equipment.
• The customer is responsible for the safe keeping of the rented equipment during the hire period.
• The customer agrees to return all items in the same condition as received. Damaged or missing items will incur a charge for replacement or repair.

7. Insurance

We recommend that the customer obtains event insurance to cover any unexpected issues, including damage to property or equipment, weather-related disruptions, or cancellations.

8. Weather Conditions

While our tents are designed to be weather-resistant, Dhadda Tent Hire Service is not liable for any weather-related damages or disruptions during the event. We advise monitoring weather forecasts and taking appropriate precautions.

9. Modifications

Dhadda Tent Hire Service reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers and will apply to all new bookings.
